BECOMING A PROVIDER
If you have decided you want to become a provider in Delaware, you need to:
-
Determine the type of care you want to provide
-
Become familiar with the regulations from the Delaware Office of Child Care Licensing
-
Determine if there is a need for the kind of care you want to provide
-
Consider how you would market your program to enroll children
We encourage you to list your program on FWC's database free of charge. It's easy to list with us! You can update your information via our Online Provider Update Form. You may also update your information by selecting one of the PDF forms below that matches the type of care you provide. Print the form, fill it out completely, and simply return it to our office by mail or fax.
While we cannot guarantee that you will receive referrals, we do serve thousands of families each year through our referral services and other educational programs. It is a great way to get the word out to parents looking for care.
