What: The Third Annual Early Childhood Advocacy Day

Delaware has only seen one statewide increase in Purchase of Care (POC) rates since 1996. Participants will wear yellow to denote their support.

Delaware’s POC program is a subsidy that supports early childhood and after-school education for more than 14,700 children in the state, from birth through age 12, who live within 200% of Federal Poverty Limits.
