TimeSaver®

The TimeSaver Service allows us to further customize a child care search for you. Here’s how it works:

1. At a time convenient to you, complete the online child care referral request form (below).

2. Within two business days, FWC will develop three to five detailed profiles describing Delaware child care programs that meet the criteria you specified. You choose whether you want the profiles emailed, faxed, or mailed to you.

3. You may request more referrals at no additional cost during your year of service. You may want to do this if programs are full, if you want to change your criteria (location, hours, etc.) or if previous referrals were unsatisfactory for any reason. Just check the "Resubmit" box on the online child care referral request form. Or, you may want to change your criteria (location, hours, type of program, etc.) and submit another initial request.
   

Fee: $95/year (a family may use the service as many times as necessary during the 12-month period)

Check with your Human Resources Department to determine whether your employer provides this service as a free employee benefit. Many employers have found that providing work/life benefits increases loyalty and morale, improves productivity, and reduces absenteeism.
