Connection’s Just in Time Care corporate clients in order
to receive this service.
As an employee who regularly juggles work and family, you know that last-minute dependent care emergencies can send you into a tailspin. Even planned events like school holidays or a vacationing caregiver can force you to choose between work and family obligations.
We are pleased to operate the nationally recognized Just in Time Care comprehensive backup care program for employers around the country. As an employee of a Just in Time Care corporate client, you can use this employee benefit whenever your regular care isn’t available! The Just in Time Care standard service will link you to options for backup child care and backup elder care, and help you pay the cost of that care.
As a result, you won’t have to miss work, bring your child to work, or leave a dependent home alone.
You can turn to Just in Time Care when:

School is closed due to a holiday, snow day, or teacher in-service day

Your regular care provider is sick, on vacation, resigns, or goes out of business

Your child or older relative is ill

Your regular care arrangement falls through, for whatever reason

Your need for care is short-term and work-related
There are many different ways to use Just in Time Care!
The Just in Time Care program can help you find drop-in care at centers or family child care homes in your community. Just in Time Care can also link you to professional in-home agencies that can send caregivers to your home. You can also choose your own backup care provider—whether it’s a family child care provider you know, a home health agency you are familiar with, or a friend or relative.
