As an organization that is responsive to the community in meeting family needs, FWC operates two programs dealing with older adults:

• Grand Time Off which provides respite care for older adult relatives (usually grandparents) caring for young children
  
• AstraZeneca's ElderBuddy is a program that provides companionship to elders by matching AstraZeneca employee volunteers with older adults who reside in Wilmington elder housing facilities.
