RESOURCE AND REFERRAL SERVICES
By alleviating stress and time-consuming legwork associated with managing life responsibilities outside of work, our resource and referral services enable employees to be more productive. FWC specialists refer your employees to options and provide support, guidance, and informational materials to empower them to make informed choices about the care of their loved ones.
Our case management approach assures that the employee talks with the same specialist throughout the entire search. This results in seamless, efficient, and high-quality service delivery. Specialists keep detailed journals on each call, enter key data into the customer profile, and track their contacts with each employee to ensure follow-up steps are thoroughly executed.

Our commitment to high quality, flexibility, and responsiveness is evident not only in service delivery but also in our account management. You'll never be a "little fish in a big pond" to us.
